The cedar wood has been replaced and oiled with a Watco finish oil. The frame is steel pipe, and the side decorative pieces are plastic. All of the hardware is brand new. The frame had some small surface rust spots that have been sanded and primed leaving minor imperfections. This swing has been restored and is like new. It is a comfortable bench. less
