These lights were typically used as ceiling lights for different passageways throughout the ship. This light has two brass plugged conduits and three mounting arms. Due to the solid brass construction, these lights were made to weather the storm, ideal for indoor or outdoor installation.Dimensions:Height: 8″Width:5″Mounting arms: 3Weight: 3.5 lbs.Wiring:The light has been re-wired with all new UL-Listed parts that are rated for any voltage under 250 volts. We have also included a ground wire. The bulb holder takes a medium base bulb of 75 watts or less, or the newer compact fluorescent bulbs or LED lights with an Edison base.To access the bulb, twist the brass cage off the base and lift it off.**We offer a brass adapter plate that can help solve installation problems that you might encounter. This brass plate helps cover any existing junction box that you are installing the light over. At $20.00 apiece, the 6-inch brass adapter plate will mount over your already existing junction box.
