One of the original captions from the article reads, “Kim, an emotional, cloud-borne girl, says she is probably the loneliest star in Hollywood. From a box-office standpoint, she is also one of the most valuable properties in filmdom.” Kim Novak gained prominence in the industry after filming Alfred Hitchcock’s “Vertigo.”11×14 unframed silver gelatin print stamped and signed by the executor of Sid Avery’s estate, Ron Avery. Limited edition print out of 100.What Sid Avery said about photographing Kim Novak: “Beautiful woman–easy to photography–never looked bad from any angel or in any situation. She was obsessed with the color purple, everything in her house and clothes seemed to be purple. It was a very fun shoot.” less
