Manufactured by The Pompeian Bronze Company (formerly the Galvano Bronze Company) of Brooklyn, New York, the bookend pair date to the 1920s. The firm named this model “Splendor” which appears on the reverse of each. These heavy cast metal bookends have a rich, dark patination. Both remain in good condition with the original green felt on each base, measuring 3.63 in. height x 4.25 inches wide (at base) x 1.75 in. depth. less
