This beautiful, large container is a 19th century French grape picker’s hod or bucket used for carrying the gathered grapes … more This beautiful, large container is a 19th century French grape picker’s hod or bucket used for carrying the gathered grapes from the fields in France. This hod is made of zinc and even though you may not have a vineyard this would make a wonderful container for a floral arrangement. There is a strap added on the back which could be used to hang the container on the wall. The original patina and good used condition would make this a charming addition to a room.I am offering another hod separately which is just a smidgen smaller with a little different look, together the two would make an awesome display. less
