Circa Early 2oth Century. It is done in a Figurative Art Deco Style Swan Design. It would have been made to hold 4 half slices of toast. Note! that these are today also often used as a Desk Letter Rack. It is marked England. It also has a E.P.N.S ( Electroplate on Nickel Silver ) – Heavy Silver Plate on Hard White Metal. It has a SC & L Co. Makers mark that I could not identify. This is a very nice quality – completely hand made piece. It measures 4 inches Tall x 6 inches Long x 3 1/4 inches Wide.SILVER – SILVER – SILVER. Do You Love Antique Sterling Silver & Coin Silver Items ???.
